Molded Fiber has developed an innovative method to design and manufacture folding cartons, boxes and sheets from 100% recycled fiber board for your retail packaging needs. 

Made from 100% post consumer recycled material, Molded Fiber can design and manufacture fiber board sheets into folding cartons and boxes.  Our custom folding cartons and boxes are ideal for the consumer packaging environment, including Health and Beauty care products and apparel.

This process is very flexible, allowing Molded Fiber to run smaller volume projects.  Typical minimums for this process would be 5,000 units, compared to hundreds of thousands for traditional molded pulp packaging.

From the Recycling Bin to the Garden
Molded Fiber has the ability to embed flower seeds into the recycled fiber board material.  This innovative solution gives the consumer control over how to dispose of the packaging.  It can be placed in a recycling bin, or planted directly in the ground.

The consumer has the choice to place the packaging in a recycling bin, or plant it directly in the ground.

Recycled CD Packaging with Seeds
Utilizing our recycled fiber board solutions, Molded Fiber created recyclable CD packaging for country star Big Kenny.  The recycled fiber board packaging was manufactured using our high-speed die cutting machines and were embedded with wild flower seeds.  To learn more about this innovative solution please read the press release.
